A new name and identity for the nervous system recovery practice of Jessica Zuik, healer and nurse.

Opal was brought on to rename and brand this unique wellness practice. We came up with Big Sigh—a name that speaks to the act of expressing relief. The logotype is constructed using a friendly and precise serif with well-defined shapes. Its careful lines generate a rhythm, mimicking the act of the breath. The visual language plays with softness and depth. Photography is bathed in golden hour light, often in muted black-and-white for a gentle pause.

The website showcases offerings including the nervous system reset. Typography is quiet, allowing information to be gentle. Imagery brings lightness amidst details of Jessica's credentials, approach, offerings, FAQ and testimonials.
