Opal set out to put Megan’s nostalgic and timeless approach at the center of Blau’s visual identity. The logomark’s serif is full of movement, customized forms reflect the curvature of the female form. In contrast, the supporting typography is ultra contemporary.

Quality paper and printing elevates the look, feeling reflective of the collection. Packaging is quiet with a blind impression of Blau. Product tags are hand stitched with tonal logo.

The website is a gallery for beautiful garments and their drape on the female silhouette. Photography shares a mix of whole pieces and clothing details over minimal, textured backdrops. Saturated imagery lives alongside black and white, feeling contemporary while also embodying a feeling of classic cool.
