Quarter
Nestled within Cleveland’s historic Ohio City neighborhood, Quarter is composed of 194 intimate, contemporary apartments designed for easy living.
The naming and positioning process began with a demographic study that went on to inspire messaging, stationery, brochure, photography, website, interiors, temporary signage and leasing office. The name reflects a definition of purpose as well as place.* The logo adapts to both word and monogram formats, and a companion system of communication pieces reflects Quarter’s intentional design. Vision alignment for a timeless, welcoming space was found during meetings with architects and interior designers. Materials were chosen for their beauty and durability.
A pre-open personality was established for promotional materials, temporary leasing office, construction hoarding and social media. The voice is colorful, bold and a little bit whimsical—just like the neighborhood this happy modern retreat calls home.
