Raye

Raye’s spaces redefine luxury living in Cleveland. Designed to be architecture of influence, the 15- and 18-story towers feature a collection of 1b, 2b, 3b and penthouse residences.

Raye was built by The Max Collaborative, a developer recognized for its creation of some of the country’s most notable and transformative real estate over the past half-century. The collaborative's spaces are designed to become homes; they are functional, timeless, and considered. Most importantly, they inspire through architecture and interiors.

The space was carefully created to reflect the needs of its tenants and to enhance the skyline of Shaker Heights. Named for the afternoon sun and the glow of the moon at night, Raye's visual identity is serene and minimal. The logo’s letterforms reflect the clean lines of its luminous structure—repetitive and lean. The minimalist sans serif logo is balanced with a sophisticated serif in visual communications. A palette of soft blue and saturated green nod to the sky above and the grassy earth below. High-end materials and printing methods emphasize the brand’s commitment to quality.
