RMS
A century ago, the Ratner, Miller, and Shafran families founded Forest City in Cleveland, Ohio. They became leaders in developing large-scale, mixed-use, public-private real estate in the US—and created some of the country’s most notable and transformative real estate.
The RMS office cultivates the growth of the families over generations so they can engage with the world in the best possible ways. Sessions of conversation reconnected the legacy organization with their purpose and a newly defined strategic compass.
A refreshed monogram with modestly customized letterforms adds a moment of wisdom and reflects the integrity, expertise and confidence of its senior members. Color is contemporary and warm. Handsome materials and printing methods emphasize the family’s commitment to integrity. The refreshed visual identity establishes a modern-day presence for the legacy organization.
“Opal played a pivotal role in helping us define and communicate our brand identity. From designing a sophisticated logo that truly represents our values, to crafting our mission, vision, and values, their team brought our ideas to life with precision and creativity. Not only did they help articulate the essence of who we are and what we stand for, but they also developed beautiful and professional collateral that we proudly use across all our communications. Their attention to detail, deep understanding of our goals, and ability to deliver a cohesive and impactful brand experience made them an invaluable partner throughout the process.”
